Florida Forestry Association (FFA) and Outdoor Underwriters, Inc. have joined together to provide affordable Timberland Liability Insurance.

 

Type of Insurance:

• Comprehensive General Liability
• Limit of Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate
• Deductible: $250 per occurrence
• Master policy basis.
• Owners, landlord, & tenant – liability limit to $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• Liability coverage for the landowner does not provide protection for owned timber
• Separate coverage is available for fire, lightening, wind, flood, ice, theft (Contact Outdoor Underwriters, Inc.)

• Effective date (four options offered) January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013; April 1, 2012 to April 1, 2013; June 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013;  October 1, 2012 to October 1, 2013

Named insured: FFA – Timberland owner who is a member of the Florida Forestry Association

These programs are only available to current FFA members in good standing. Insured hunt club and/or landowner must provide your FFA member number.
